The public promise should stay clear without overcomplicating the marketing site. Downloads stay available while the account is in good standing; if billing stops, access can pause during recovery before retention and deletion rules apply.
Billing lapse
New creation and downloads may pause while the account owner updates payment.
Recovery window
The account can be restored during the recovery period defined in the production policy.
Deletion policy
After the recovery period, stored files follow the published retention and deletion rules.
